Nowadays eating vegetarian is far more interesting than just eating the pasta and bean sprouts of yesteryear. There are now a multitude of unique and varied vegetables that lend themselves perfectly to creating a whole host of imaginative dishes. This month’s dinner is full of surprises chock full of inspired preparations that promise to be a feast for all  the senses. All of the produce used will be locally sourced – much of it coming from Master Gardener, Dave Bigner’s, Kayenta Gardens plot. Plump and flavorful tomatoes, delicate summer squash, meaty eggplant and herbs galore are all featured in this farewell to summer menu.  Please join us!
